thumbnail view how to set default size 128x128 for all folders?

any way to do that?
i simply find it a hassle to click on -show view options, increase the size of the icons then quit the menu to view my photos.

When you get your View Options set the way you like it, click the Use As Defaults button.

i cant seem to be able to arrange the photos by "picture taken on" date. is there a way to do it?
there is -date created and -date modified options however they dont set the last taken/edited picture to the beginning of the folder. i want it at the end
