Thumbnails and preview not showing on Mac

Hello

I can't preview some files using browsers, InDesign, Photoshop... I see only the generic Preview icons in open/import window:

in Finder I see generic icons only too

I tried a lot of things to fix it:
- change default assigned app
- check Show Icon Preview in Finder settings
- delete Finder preferences and restart it
- reindex Spotlight
- delete QuickLook cache
- reinstall High Sierra
- Safe Boot...
nothing fix it.
Any suggestion?
