Thumbnails in Finder

I just bought a new MBP and I cannot remember how I had set up my previous Mac to show thumbnails for photos in the finder window. Anyone out there know how to do this?

**EDIT** I changed the view in finder to show thumbnails. How do I change it so I can see thumbnails in the selection window when I am adding an attachment to an email in Entourage?
