Thunderbird on Windows to Mail.app

Ok, so I'm in the process of trying to move all my email accounts over from thunderbird on my pc to mail on my mac.

I'm trying to figure out how I can transfer all my saved mail from thunderbird to Mail, but I can't figure it out, and google isn't really helping. I'm wondering if anyone on here has any ideas on what I should do.

u can first transfer ur pc thunderbird's mail to your mac thunderbird.

Ok, I just copied the profile from application data on windows to the library on mac. Now how do I import everything into Mail.app from thunderbird on Mac?
