Hello,
I've almost completed my migration from Outlook Express on PC to Mail.app on Mac.
The path I used was to import from Outlook Express to Thunderbird on PC. Move my mail directories to Thunderbird on Mac. I then left it a few weeks then decided to move from Thunderbird to Mail.app.
I followed the instructions on identifying the inbox file and renaming it to inbox.mbox then importing which worked fine except that I have only got my e-mails to July 1st. I trashed all the e-mails in Thunderbird except the ones I wanted to keep but again I got all my old ones and none since July 1st. The date and timestamp on the inbox files changes every time I open Thunderbird so it is using this file only its not storing the new files. This could have been the date when I migrated from the PC but I cannot remember.
My question is does anyone have any suggestions how I can get the last few e-mails across? Alternatively does anyone know how I can import .eml saved files, as that could be a solution to getting the mail across?
Thanks in advance.
Glyn.
