Thunderbird windows to Mac

Just made the switch! How do I get my Thunderbird mailboxes and address book to also make the switch?

there is a windows programm called Mozbackup
it makes nice backups from Firefox and thunderbird
unfortunately there is no such App for OSX that would be compatible
