I have a Thunderbolt 2 dock for my current retina 2014 Macbook Pro, and am considering buying the new model, which are obviously Thunderbolt 3.
Can I still use the same dock if I buy the adaptor that Apple do?
I am assuming yes, given they make the adaptor but want to check!

Yes. I use a Thunderbolt 1 dock from 2013. Everything works. All my TB1/TB2 drives/adaptors work too. So I wouldn’t see why a TB2 wouldn’t work.
