Hello,

I've bought an iMac 27 2015 and had to get an external Thunderbolt 2 chassis for my audio DSP card that was used in my older Mac Pro (it's a UAD-2 Solo card). I had bought one that was specifically recommended by users as compatible with this type of PCI card.

I've placed the card in the box and connected it to the iMac using the TB cable enclosed. The device doesn't show up in System Information (both TB ports show "No device connected"). A LED of some sort is on inside the chassis but the external LED on the UAD card itself is off. Needless to say the card isn't recognized by the UAD software. I've tried both ports on the Mac and both ports on the chassis. The card is functioning just fine when inside a Mac Pro.

Anything in particular I should be doing with this setup? This is the first time I've bought a chassis and it's my first TB peripheral.

Thanks for any help.
