Hey there. this is my first post and if this has been discussed elsewhere please let me know. I have a 2011 MacBook pro and i want a thunderbolt cable to SATA, however all the cables I see that arent close to $100 are a newer style thunderbolt. I have the blocky style and ones that I come across are thin. Can I get an adapter so i can use the newer thunderbolt accessories? I'm adding a photo which i hope works, but the newer style is on the left with the older thunderbolt on the right. So I would need a male old to a female new.
