Thunderbolt 3 Dock - Advice Needed

I have a 2019 15" MBP 8-Core. Building my home office setup right now. Here's what I have:

Laptop (15" 2019 MBP)
2x 27" 1080p Monitors with HDMI inputs
4TB USB 3.0 External HD
CAT 5 Internet Cable
USB cable for charging my bluetooth headphones

I want to plug one cable into my MBP and have connection to my screens, external devices, and have my Mac charged.

What dock should I be looking at?

I don’t see many docks with multiple HDMI - do your displays have DisplayPort (or Mini) inputs?

No they don’t, they’re HDMI, but as long as I have one HDMI and a spare TB3 or USB-C port, I have a uSB-Cto HDMI cable that would work fine

Another option (hdmi in general seems less common on docks) would be a dock for everything else and then one of these (I use a dual dp version): https://eshop.macsales.com/item/OWC/TB3ADP2HDMI - but you’d have two cables then not one.
