Thunderbolt 3 Dock without MacBook charging

Hi there,

I have the Belkin Thunderbolt 3 dock. It works great but I wish I could disable it from charging my MacBook. I unplug my MacBook from power for at least an hour per day and in the process I lose all my connected peripherals. I have never owned a usb hub which I found reliable. Is there a thunderbolt-3 dock without power supply available? If not is there a reliable usb-c hub?
