I am wondering if there are any Thunderbolt 3 extension cables (a cable with a male end and female end) out there. I have found numerous USB-C extension cables and I have ordered several but they do not work with my Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Dock and M1 MacBook Air.

In short, no.

The only option is to buy a longer cable.

Oh, or an extra dock - since that has a female port on it and technically would serve the purpose you wish...

Thanks for the response.

My Belkin Thunderbolt 3 dock's cable is built-in. I can't get a longer cable for it or I'd be done. An extra dock would be expensive and defeats the purpose. I would just use that new dock instead. I was hoping to forgo that expense. (And not every dock has a Thunderbolt 3 port built into it. My Belkin doesn't.)

I did find this, but it is kind of ugly and a bit short.
