Thunderbolt 4 dock that supports two 4K displays at 60Hz via HDMI

Hi, I am looking for a TB4 dock that allows a M1 MacBook Pro 16" 2021 to connect to two 4K displays at 60Hz in extended mode. Problem is that both displays have HDMI ports only. The dock should also provide a 1-5Gb/s (the faster the better) ethernet port. Any recommendation?
