Thunderbolt 4 Docks/Hubs For IPP M4

My Satechi Thunderbolt 4 dock works for all my Apple devices - except my 2024 iPad Pro M4.

Can anyone recommend docks/hubs known to work with iPad Pro M4?

Some examples of what is not working is external drives, USB thumb drives, etc. Charging does work from my Satechi. on iPad OS 18.0
