Thunderbolt and Firewire + DVI/VGA

I would like to use both Firewire and DVI (or VGA) off of the one Thunderbolt port on my MBA. Is the Belkin Thunderbolt Express dock the only way I'd be able to accomplish this? (http://www.belkin.com/us/F4U055-Belkin/p/P-F4U055/?georedirect=1)

Or is there some sort of dongle that goes Thunderbold --> Firewire + DVI/VGA.

Or even a Thunderbolt --> Firewire + Thunderbolt (and then use an existing Thunderbolt --> VGA or DVI)

I just can't justify $200 for a dock that I'm only going to use 2 ports on.

The Belkin is the best solution for that, nothing else does what you want for under $200
