the thunderbolt cable is the same ? i mean if somebody bought 2m thunderbolt cable last year, is compatible with thunderbolt 2 ports and it can get 20gbs?
 
Yep. Thunderbolt2 just allows you to bond the two 10Gb/s channels from Thunderbolt into one 20Gb/s channel. Total throughput is the same.
