Hi so once upon a time a thunderbolt display i now own that has apple care untill until august 2015 had to have the lcd and glass replaced due to accidental damage..Both were changed outside of apple with authentic "new" parts purchased off of ebay. And now this display is showing really bad fog and smoke people here complain about.

Question is can i get this serviced under apple care? are the serials on the parts all matched together?

Nope, you voided your AppleCare agreement the moment you installed parts outside of Apple to repair your display.
