Thunderbolt Display Noise

My 27" Thunderbolt Display started to give a very annoying noise right after one year warranty period. Brought it in for service at Apple store in Festival Walk in Hong Kong. Technician there said that it is the motherboard and the power supply problem. Changed both for HK$1800 (US$220). The display gives the same noise two weeks after coming back from the "service"!

I have attached a zipped MOV file of the noise. Anyone from Apple please help!

This is really annoying!!!
