Thunderbolt Display With MBP?

I have a new 11" MBA and a 2 year old 13" MBP.
I want to use my MBP as my desktop machine but it doesn't have a thunderbolt port.
Is there an adapter to hook it up to my older MBP?

I have the Thunderbolt display, and it's quite nice.

However the downside (of sorts) is you must have a TB compatible computer.

If you buy the standard LED Cinema Display, it will work with both computers.
