Are there any really nice docks that allow you to hook up 3 external monitors (all HDMI), and maybe a few extra ports for expansions like hard drives, etc? I also need to be able to quickly undock and re-dock the laptop without unplugging a bunch of stuff, and re-plugging it in (frequent meetings, etc). And have all the settings the same when re-docking.

Thunderbolt 2 has the bandwidth, but since it just came out, I'm doubting there are any thunderbolt 2 docks like this.

Price is not a concern, I just need something that will do the above, and do it very well.

BTW - this is for the new macbook pro's, not sure if that matters either way.

Thanks!

nothing that will connect 3 hdmi monitors yet. Can you even run 3 monitors off of a macbook, thought the limit was 2?? Anyways...

You can use the Apple Thunderbolt Display as a hub.

Belkin has a hub but it won't support 3 hdmi monitors... http://www.belkin.com/us/p/P-F4U055/

Henge will be releasing a horizontal dock soon which has 3 video ports. You could use TB> HDMI adapters to get all of your monitors hooked up, but it's not available yet. http://www.hengedocks.com/order_horizontal_dock.php

CalDigit has a dock that has one HDMI and a TB port so with an adapter you could have 2 monitors hooked up. http://www.caldigit.com/thunderboltstation/

This is awesome, thanks for the info. Have a coworker that may be interested in this as well. This is the one definite "regret," or missing feature, I have about Apple laptops - no easy docking station. You can plug in some cables and have a "dock," but it just isn't as seamless as a Thinkpad dock, as an example. This looks pretty darn close to that. Pricey, and not yet released, but... at least it exists.

Wow that hengedocks one is awesome. Weird how everything that has exactly what you need isn't released yet =/

For the Belkin one, can you just get TB to HDMI and/or USB 3 to HDMI adapters or something? Or does that not work?

That Henge dock is sweet, too bad it's only for the rMBP. Also wonder what the hold-up is, says available Q3-2013 but we're now in Q4. :(
