Does anyone know which of the currently available Thunderbolt drives have SATA III, 6Gbps compliant drives inside?

The LaCie Rugged USB3 Thunderbolt Series with SSD, 120GB and 256GB configs.

Also, the new LaCie Little Big Disk with 2x256GB or 2x512GB also has SATA III drives.
