Is anyone aware if there is a TB4 hub available where the upstream facing port (the one that connects to the host) has USB-PD Dual Role Power capability? Specifically, when the hub is not powered using the power adapter, the hub negotiates a contract with the host so the host supplies power to the hub. That is to say, the hub can be bus powered.

I am not aware of such a thing, not for Thunderbolt 4, anyway. There are some USB-C hubs that will do this (and will work fine on TB4 ports), but none that can be bus-powered and still pass the full TB4 datastream.
