Will a Thunderbolt memory stick appear on the market any time soon or at all and in what range would be the price eventually?

they will not appear at all. thunderbolt does not supply any power and thus cannot be used with anything that doesn't have an external power source.

If such item will come to the market in this year, it will be quite expensive, as it has to use fast flash memory to even take advantage of the interface.
USB flash memory thumb drives usually use cheap flash memory, which even USB can't fully use due to low read (10 to 30 MB/S) and write speeds (5 to 20 MB/s).

It provides 10W bus power (more than USB, less than Firewire): https://www.macrumors.com/2011/02/24/thunderbolt-details-emerge-bus-power-mini-displayport-and-more/
Lightpeak will not provide bus power though.
