Ti-89 titanium Connecting Problem

So I have a ti-89 titanium and am trying to connect it to my powerbook 1.67ghz.

I have connected it before but that was last semester and haven’t tried since then. Now when I launch ti device manager, it gives me a weird error (see below).

I have tried re-installing and it still wont work. Any suggestions?

I have a Ti-89 Titanium as well. I assume you are running OS X. Make sure the program is TI Connect X. http://education.ti.com/educationportal/sites/US/productDetail/us_ti_connect.html

That is the web site to where you can get the program. Try installing it and you may have better luck.

Yea that helped. I was using v1.2 and the latest was 1.6
