i have a tibook and widescreen tv... when i plug in my tibook into the television its seems to think the tv is 4:3.... instead of 16:9

is there anyway i can change this so i can not have the video looked squished???

any help greatly appreciated... thanks

Probably by changing the resolution setting for the TV in the displays panel, if that doesnt work, then it might be set to only use 4:3.

Does this TV have a VGA input or does it have just composite or S-Video?

If it doesn't have VGA then I don't think the TiBook can output in 16:9.
