Ticket selling

I have tickets to a concert. It looks like I may not be able to go. The ticket face value is 25. I paid 28 after fees.

Must I sell it for 25 as that is face value? Is it illegal to ask for 28? I am in Colorado.

FWIW, the concert is sold out and I already see tickets being sold for 50 a pop...that can't be legal right?

Nobody is going to come after you for selling them on craigslist for exactly what you paid for them.
