Hi all, I have several mailboxes for my company and certain clients I monitor, yet only send 'From' about 3 mainly, yet I have to sift thru all my available addresses with each reply / email.
I know I can highlight a mailbox and select New Email, that address will be used.
Also I know I can set a default email address to send new emails from.
I'd like to respond to an email addressed to mailbox 'A' from mailbox 'B' without sorting thru all available accounts.
I'm looking to see if there's a way to set 'preferred' sending accounts so the drop down won't be a mile long.
Picky, I know but when I have 25 accounts to choose from it kills me.
