As with many Mac users, I intend to upgrade to Leopard. At first, I thought of simply upgrading but since I've been having a few odd issues and it wouldn't hurt my system if I did some fall cleaning, I decided to go all the way and do a clean install. What I'm wondering, since I use Omni Outliner, among others, frequently, is how should I go about installing OS X Leopard while still having access to the bundled software that came with my MacBook Pro? Any ideas?

EDIT : I forgot to ask if there's a way I can migrate my Mail e-mails?

Yeah but I just want to make sure I'll be able to do it after I have Leopard installed or if I should do a clean install of Tiger than upgrade to Leopard.
