Tiger DVD player error -700001 when trying to change regions

Not sure if this goes under OS X or Mac apps. I've got an iBook G4 and have one region change left on my DVD player before it locks. It's on region 1 and when I put in a region 2 (or any other) disc it gives me the option to switch (and it confirms there is one change left), then I get this:

Error -70001? Any idea what that means? I definately have one region change left. This is the first time I have tried to use DVD player in Tiger.
