Tiger on an iBook G3

I'm sure there will be a ton of these threads but here goes anyway:

I have an iBook G3, clocked at 700mhz and with 640 MB RAM. the video card is an ATi 7500, which i know is not supported with all of tiger's eye candy. does anybody have it up an running on a similar machine?

I've got it running on my iBook 800mHz G3 with 384MB RAM and everything is fine. Slight performace increase over Panther. Nothing spectacular, Dashboard works and Spotlight as well. Spotlight is much slower than on my Mini but that is to be expected. The battery life seems better but that might just be my imagination. I like the way the backlight slowly gets dimmer as the battery gets lower. Helps keep it running that much longer.

i got it on my G3 900Mhz. performance is good. spotlight better than expected but the dashboard widgets seem to freeze for a few seconds before i can use them...

everything does seem a bit snappier otherwise so all is good
