The animal welfare issue is important, but I feel most sorry for the child caught up in it like some sort of 21st century Mowgli.
that really is just incredibly sick and wrong.
seriously, you have to be truly messed up if you still think you can "take care of" animals like that after you have killed/let die almost 100 of them!
i can see where you would start off thinking you were doing a good thing, but after a certain poiint you would think someone would get the idea that something was wrong.
also, that is a really odd mix of animals, and an even odder way of housing them (alligators in the bath, and big cats and prey in the same enclosure...)
weird. and disturbing. but mostly disturbing.
