Tiger to Leopard Upgrade - Email issue - Download folders from mobile Me?

we just upgraded from Tiger to Leopard in our Recording studio over tiger. Every thing went great over all except that when leopard set up mail it did not bring in all the folders. Fortunately it is a mac mail account and everything was backed up on the mobile me account site.

Is there any way to down load all the folders from the online Mobile me to the computer? I hesitate to click the sync mail as I dont want it to delete the files online.

Any thoughts?
