Tiger to Leopard

Hello everyone,


been a long time since i have posted here but anyways... By brother just got a new mac with a leopard Cd. So here is my question If i was to instal this cd 1. Would it work and could i keep it running on my macbook, and 2. would my applications still work.

Any advice is welcome, thanks

No, the discs that come with computers are linked to that computer and will not work on any other computer. You need to buy a retail copy of Leopard if you want to install it on your MacBook.
