Hi folks,
I have a problem with my Rev A Dual 2Ghz G5, I have recently added another 300Gb Maxtor dimondmax 10 HDD to my G5. And when I try to instal tiger on that new HDD (Which is the same as the current drive I am using) the DVD or CD I try will not boot, even if I select it on the system prefs all I get is the system folder icon flash up on my screen (OS9 looking folder icon with mac face logo flashing to question mark) for a second then my G5 boots up in the current drive.
I then made a boot copy of my current HDD to see if it was my installation disks that were the problem, but that just does the same.
Any ideas what my be the trouble?
