CANADA? eh?
Ok, so i have an eMac with 102.8 with 60gb hard drive, 512mb ram and 1ghz processor...im upgrading it to tiger tommorow(got the dvds at a store closing for 49.99) ok

questions...

the only thing i dont want delated would me my 20gigs of music..every thing else is fine..i have (like 10gig left...) could i somehow install tiger on a portion..then just copy over the music..and delate the old one>? what can i do..to keep my music without it being gone...whats the upgrade, archieve, earase options mean?

upgrading will just upgrade the system and everything will be as it was.
archive and install will re-install the system and keep your home folder/apps. but the home folder will be recreated and you'll find a previous system folder from which you can move your stuff back into the new system.

so

what do u reccomend i do..so i can just keep music? and maybe some documents...i also have photoshop cs2, and like office 2004..so i dont want to loose those!
