The Home button became tight after the phone was opened for battery replacement. How to fix it? No other repair work was done. Could it because of heavily tightened screws? Could it be because of the plate or flex cable? The cable wasn't damaged though.

Take it back to where it was repaired.. Nobody can diagnose your phone over the internet
