I still don’t understand the issue.
I could walk into a store and buy a Tile product and use it quite happily with my iPhone, so where is his evidence that apple have made it more difficult for tile users?

So the person that invented the wooden wheel just needed a better lawyer to sue the guy that made a metal one?

Anti-competitive doesn't mean that another company that made a better more capable version of your product is wrong. It means you have to make your product better...

I stopped using Tiles because they were, in the beginning, wasteful. The 'tags' would die, and there was no way to replace the battery. I still have some brand new ones that I just didn't use because unless the thing is close, you aren't going to find it. Their app isn't popular enough to provide the degree of coverage that the AirTag does. Apple just extended their product line by leveraging their 'Find my' technology. It sounds better, better supported, better in so many ways... Tile just dragged their feet, and wasn't 'all that'. Maybe Apple can buy them cheap now?
