In Windows, with one click, you can resize all windows for that program so they all fit on screen. That would be great especially when moving files around in Finder.

Can OSX do that?

There is a way to view all windows open ( in system preferences>dashboard and expose). also, the maximize button (the green deal) can resize windows from full to small, but that I don't know is really what you are trying to do.

In finder you can hit that button that looks like a cog and go to 'show view options'. many options there, which I change from the default.
