I've checked in US App Store and the app Tilimi is rated very low.
Despite that, I really encourage you to try it, to me it's the best walkie talkie app out in the store, very very slow latency even with edge (test based on italian providers), so fast with 3G and wi-fi, possibility to have private channels.
Communication potential is so great, mobile or in a fixed station.
Just thought you may be interested (I'm not envolved with that company in anyway, just a communication fan).
