If I tilt my iBook a certain way or that, sometimes it'll try to eject a CD, even if there's not one in the drive. This has me sort of concerned, has anyone else's done that?

Very odd. Are you also squeezing any part of the case when you tilt?

And have you installed any 3rd party hacks? (There's one that uses the tilt sensor to switch apps for instance... I suppose in theory the tilt COULD be programmed to eject--but I wouldn't expect to hear any sound if there's nothing to eject.)

Nope and nope, it just happens all of the sudden when I stand up to move somewhere else and that. But I have just sat down and sat for a minute and its done that.
