Hi,

I'm currently using the Logitech MX 3200 Duo (MX 700 Mouse) with my MBP. It's not an OS X supported combo, but as a regular keyboard mouse combo it works just fine...except for the fact that whenever I hit the tilt-wheel on the mouse my screen dims. It doesn't matter which direction I hit it, the screen brightness keeps on going down. My question is whether anyone has had the same problem or knows of a potential solution. I've tried USB Overdrive with no luck.

Your help is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I just solved this problem with the 10.5.2 update.

System Preferences---->Displays----->Uncheck Automatically adjust brightness....

I am experiencing the same problem. I tried the suggested fix and it did nothing. The brightness still decreases every time I bump the tilt wheel. It makes it very difficult to use this mouse.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem, for 10.5.6, in displays I see no automatically adjust brightness box. Thanks
