Loved how he showed you could be funny without using a ton of profanity, sexual inuendo, etc.
They used plenty of sexual innuendo, it was just written so well you didn't know. The best part of Conway was that he would purposely push the limits to get everyone to break.

One of my earliest memories of comedy was watching the Carol Burnett Show with my mom, specifically a regular sketch where Carol played a somewhat dim-witted secretary to Conway's boss, who shuffled his feet around the office everywhere. At least, that's what I remember of it. :)

Yep. Mr. Tudball and Mrs. Wiggins.... those sketches always made me laugh.

I loved him on The Carol Burnett Show when I was a little girl. I adored him and Doris Day and Peter Mayhew as Chewbacca. I’m watching my childhood slip away, one beloved public figure at a time. I am no spring chicken myself, so I count myself fortunate these delightful entertainers were among us as long as they were.
