Probably uses multiple programs honestly but the industry standard is definitely Office products so understandable. Apple’s Office suite is consumer level so while I appreciate the free aspect it’s easier to collaborate with MS or even Google these days. I bet he uses Google Maps as well

Probably laughing at how bad the Outlook watch app is. Even though I have the cellular watch I don't get calendar updates etc on my watch if I'm outside without the phone.
