Perhaps my thoughts don't count, because I am not gender specific with items. So I say that if you like it, buy it. It doesn't look like it specifies gender anyhow.

Yes! I have the timbuk2 commuter bag and it's great! fits lots of gear books and my PB15" just fine. You have to go get the strap pad though because the strap it comes with digs into you...well it does me. Anyway I love it. Plus there are outside pockets on either side that actually fit a can of soda snugly...I hide my monster drinks in there. yay.
But yeah, the wallet I was also curious about the inside and what it looked like.
