when i get my mbp i think i'm going to buy the timbuk2 commute bag, trouble is the they will have the ship it from San Fancisco which will cost about $50 (£25.45). I've spoken to the customer service team and they said i might need to pay tax when it gets over here, but i won't find that out until it gets into the UK. What i'm really worried about it paying out the money for the bag and the shipping and then the tax to be through the roof! does anybody have any experience of getting one of this bags shipped to the uk? just wanted to know of your experience, sorry if i posted this in the wrong forum :( but couldn't find anywhere else, heard a lot about timbuk2 bags on here, hopefully i'll find a uk owner! :)

thanks.

I don't Know if this is true but i heard if you say it is a present they dont charge you tax.I would phone the tax office and say it is a present and find out the charge of tax. Whatever the outcome please add it hear so we all know for future.

Regards

Jonathan
