Time capsule - 120GB transfer = 20 hours ?

I'm trying to move some files from my 1TB time capsule before I format it.

Problem, it's going to take 20hr+ to transfer 120GB, surely this can't be correct?

Its been going for a few hours and now says 17hr.


EDIT: Connected via Ethernet not wireless.

What type of ethernet Cat5e or ?

I have cat6 on a 1st generation time capsule, and just moved 440GBs in about 10 hours....

I think there might be something else wrong, have you tried rebooting your timecapsule?
