Time Capsule 500 GB disk replaced with 2 TB most of the time not sleeping

I've replaced Seagate Barracuda ES 500 GB with Seagate Constellation ES 2 TB.

It was working fine yesterday. Disk was properly going to sleep and waking up. Today it's working non-stop even if I disconnect all cables except power and disable wireless. How to fix this ?
