Time Capsule 500GB

Hi

I want to get rid of my time capsule. I dont have any laptops or computers at home just the ipad. Is there anyway to format my timecapsule with some security option - so new owner will not be able to recover that data - without the the access to an imac or macbook pro?

You can do it using AirPort Utility for iOS or Windows.

There are three options - Zero out, Seven pass, and 35-pass. The latter two will take a LONG time (days, not hours)
