I am at my wits end. I have a AT&T supplied Motorola 2210 modem that has always been in bridged mode that I used with my Linksys router. Never any problems with it. Now, I am trying to use the Motorola 2210 modem (still in bridged mode) with my new Time Capsule. I have searched the internet for solutions. Nothing has worked. Using Airport Utility, I have selected PPPoE, used the correct AT&T user name and network password, and left the service blank. I have reset both modem (then put back in bridged mode) and the Time capsule and gone through the set up many times using every combination of turning this one one first and then the other on first. I have spent hours on the phone with both AT&T and Apple Senior level tech support. Both say the way I have it set up should work. Apple blames the modem and AT&T blames the Time Capsule. Is there anyone out there with any suggestions?
