Time capsule and boot camp

Not sure how time capsule treats boot camp partitions.

I have one boot camp windows partition on the MBP. Will time capsule backup the boot camp windows partition and allow me to restore everything including the windows partition if I install a new HD or reformat?

Time Machine never has and probably never will back up the Windows partition on a drive. It is up to you to make a backup through a utility such as Winclone.
